we needed our sump pump replaced and a sink installed in the garage. After several outrageous quotes, a friend referred us to John and Lancaster Plumbing/Pipeworks. John was prompt, polite and informative. He explained what, why and how of his proposal. The work was performed in half the time of the other quotes, the clean up after was excellent and everything works perfectly (it has been a couple of months). I would highly recommend John and his crew for any plumbing needs! Thanks for great customer service!

Our Air Conditioner wasn't working and when I reached out, Mike was here in less than 24 hours. He was polite, professional, and explained exactly why it wasn't working and what he was going to do about it. Our house is nice and cool again and I will definitely recommend both their HVAC and plumbing services to anyone I know!

I called on the recommendation of another plumber to have my kitchen faucet repaired. Two plumbers showed up. David told me I needed a new faucet but he didn't have one on the truck. Tony stayed behind and sat on my deck while David went to get a new faucet. He had to make two trips because he brought the wrong one the first time. I kept asking for an estimate but David said he wouldn't know until the job was done. David installed the new faucet and said the total was $680. He gave me no itemized bill and no explanation of the costs. Tony did nothing. I called the office to get an itemized breakdown of what I had just paid for. They referred me to David and I had to speak to him. He was rude and disrespectful because I dared to ask what I had actually paid for. Terrible customer service and overpriced for a kitchen faucet replacement.

This was not done with the permission of the business owner. They are a reputable company and this was done without their permission these guys are professional and kind people and love animals and would never allow this on their property. Please know your facts before you share posts that can ruin someones hard earned reputation.

Called Lancaster Plumbing on a recommendation as we were having issues with our downspout drainage. I called and left a voicemail on Tuesday afternoon and John ( The owner ) sent me a text back very quickly. After a short text exchange he said he could come out the following morning at 8am. At exactly 8am John arrived and was at our house for a couple of hours, but the issue was resolved and John was very friendly, professional and did a great job. I will NEVER call one of the big plumbing companies from this point on and will call Lancaster plumbing if I need them again.

Last year, John and his son completed a massive plumbing job ay my house. They did an excellent job!! They are a go to plumbing team! Price is reasonable. John is very responsive whenever I have reached out to him! Highly recommend!!
